1. You can purchase products if you have a registered account or not. But you have to fulfill your shipping and billing information to complete your order.
2. Never do any illegal work and spamming, if we think you’re cheating with us then we will take any legal steps against you.
3. Any parcel delivery charge and delivery time depend on the courier service, normally they take 2-3 days.
4. If you order any parcel to cash on delivery method then COD charge will be added to the delivery charge, customer bear this COD charge.
5. Please submit your information correctly for shipping, especially your phone number and address. If you make any mistake with this information then delivery time will be delayed or the product will be returned to the merchant. After that, when we’ll make the 2nd delivery after the correction of your information this charge should pay you.
6. If customers want any cash on delivery then they should pay only the delivery charge in advance, it’s a security for returning the parcel if the customer does not accept the parcel intentionally.
7. Before placing an order you should think carefully, after packaging any parcel you can’t cancel an order, then your paid delivery charge will not be returnable
8. On stock availability, orders will be delivered in regular shipping time. Delivery time may be extended by contacting the customer when stock is exhausted.
9. If Dakbanglo posts any PROMO CODE or any OFFER, then the offer price is not acceptable after a limited time.
10. Wholesale prices and retail prices are always different. Do not place any retail orders by seeing wholesale prices.

Violation

If you do any violation with dakbanglo then we lock your orders and account. If you transact with us you will get a refund of money or products after submitting your proof.

Return and Refund Policy

Return

1. If you got the wrong products from us, you could return this parcel without any delivery fee. After that, we’ll send you the right product at our cost. Delivery time is 2-3 days only.
2. After purchasing a product if you want to change it for your different choice, then you can return it and we’ll send you what you want. But you should pay the return delivery charge.
3. For any default product, you can return this easily. You should confirm your return parcel in 2 days.
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us a message or mail about the full details of your order.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Without any problem, if you want a refund, it will be possible. After checking the product if we see it’s perfect then we will refund your money. But if you use the product and wash it, then we never refund you. An important thing in this section, the delivery charge will be to carry you.
4. Refund money will be sent to your bank, bkash, nagad account.
5. Send a mail or message to us about your order details like the order date, order number, contact number, and shipping address.
6. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or offer items cannot be refunded.
